I'm a passionate Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with a strong foundation in psychology. My professional journey has revolved around unraveling how adults navigate learning, growth, and adaptation in their environments. I incorporate this experience into my design process for each project. 

I have been fascinated by Adult Learning Theory, also known as andragogy, as it explains how adults best respond to learning. As well as nature vs. nurture concepts in Psychology that seek to explain human development and behavior. 

My fascination with human behavior started at a young age as I attended an American international school overseas. I noticed then the vast variety of learned behaviors based on cultural norms and expectations. That experience also influenced my educational and professional experiences and my love for travel.
