This course was designed for a company initiative to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in their work environments. The goals were to cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment, foster an environment of respect, empower employees to be their authentic selves, and create a space where people feel safe. There were four main learning objectives for this course: 1. Differentiate between diversity, equity, and inclusion. 2. Define the benefits of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. 3. Identify common biases and stereotypes 4. Identify effective communication strategies that contribute to an inclusive work environment.

This course was designed to train property managers how to walk prospective tenants through the rental application and process completed paperwork with 100% accuracy. It also provides awareness of the critical policies of rental application and screening policies nationwide. Completion was documented for compliance/auditing purposes. The key objectives were to identify how to fill out rental applications, distinguish relevant screening policies, and explain the screening process.
